排队是生活中经常碰到的现象,每个人都经历过排队等待,本文针对排队现象分析了如何提高排队效率的方法。提供两大思路:一以是使用技术手段进行排队管理,如排队模型的建立。二是重点运用非技术手段进行排队管理。从顾客等待的十大心理因素入手,对每一个心理因素进行深入分析,根据心理感知时间提出具体的、有针对性的措施方案,给商家以建议。
Queuing is a phenomenon often encountered in life, and everyone has experienced waiting in line. This paper analyzes how to improve queuing efficiency for queuing. Provide two major ideas: one is the use of technical means to queue management, such as the establishment of queuing model. The second is to focus on the use of non-technical means to queue management. Starting from the top ten psychological factors waiting for customers, we make an in-depth analysis of each psychological factor, and propose concrete and targeted measures according to the psychological perception time to give suggestions to the merchants.
