科任教师队伍现状分析及发展策略

学校教师队伍是学校发展的基础。促进每一个教师的专业化发展,是学校常抓不懈的重要工作。对于学校教师队伍的构成,我们习惯从职责和分工的角度把教师分作班主任和科任两类。而在工作实际中,不论是学校管理者还是学生和家长,都不同程度地重视班主任而忽视科任教师的地位和作用,从而影响了学校的建设与发展。 School teachers are the foundation of school development. To promote the professional development of every teacher is an important and important task for the school. For the constitution of school teachers, we are accustomed to classifying teachers into two types: teacher in charge and teacher in terms of responsibilities and division of labor. In practice, both school administrators and students and parents attach importance to the class teacher to some extent and neglect the status and role of the teacher in charge, which affects the construction and development of the school.
