一、问题的提出近几年,体育系学生先后发生六例颈部损伤,其中一例严重错位引起高位戳瘫,五天后死亡,有三例己转入其他系学习。因此,研究体育系学生颈椎损伤发生的机制,对保证学生的健康、提高教学质量都有重要的意义。本文根据颈部解剖学的特点,以生物力学为依据,探索在体育运动中颈椎损伤的发生机制和规律,研究和提出预防措施,使体育锻炼更好地达到“促进身心发育、增强体质,促进健康和提高运动技术水平”的效果。二、颈部解剖学结构的力学特征第一颈椎(C_1)又叫环椎,椎间孔弓最大,由前后弓和侧环组成(图—1)。
