中高职教育贯通培养模式是统筹中等职业教育和高等职业教育发展的重要路径,其规范要求是将中高职教育贯通培养与国家建设需求统一起来、与学生长期发展统一起来、与教育体制改革统一起来.当前,我国存在中高职教育贯通培养目标与普通教育雷同化、培养方式与普通教育同质化、中等职业教育与高等职业教育同一化等问题.为此,中高职教育贯通培养需与普通教育形成差异化发展,需要明确中高职教育贯通培养模式的目标定位,优化中高职教育贯通培养模式的运行机制,同时做好中高职教育贯通培养模式中两个层次的有机衔接工作.
