目的:探讨不同组别营业员的职业紧张程度及主要紧张因素,为制订及采取有效的控制措施提供理论依据。方法:采用职业紧张调查表(OSI)对银川市某百货商场不同组别的538名女性营业员进行问卷调查。结果:商场不同组别女性营业员职业紧张因素的评分有显著性差异(P<0.05),其中洗化组评分最高,其次是鞋帽和箱包组,服装组最低;不同组别营业员工作负荷、管理角色、认知负荷及家庭/工作平衡的评分有高度显著性或显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:商场不同组别女性营业员的职业紧张程度及主要的职业紧张因素不同,应针对不同组别的主要紧张因素制订并采取相应的缓解措施。
Objective: To explore the occupational stress and major stressors of sales staff in different groups and provide a theoretical basis for formulating and adopting effective control measures. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 538 female salespersons in different groups in a department store in Yinchuan using the Occupational Stress Inventory (OSI). Results: There were significant differences in occupational stress scores among female salespersons in different shopping malls (P <0.05), among which the washing group had the highest score, followed by the shoes and hats and the luggage group, and the lowest among the clothing groups.
