对电子铝箔中添加微量元素实验研究现状进行了总结,概括了高纯铝中的添加微量合金元素的作用机理.其作用机理是微量溶质原子和析出相粒子可提高铝合金强度和再结晶温度、能细化晶粒、对变形织构和再结晶织构的形成都有阻碍作用,通过相变热处理获得析出相强化作用.归纳了富铝端的相反应类型、各相成分和反应温度,提出了高纯电子铝箔的合金元素和加工工艺的优化原则.
