转炉炼钢中期进入碳的剧烈氧化期而使炉温迅速升高,此时需要加入适量冷却剂抑制炉温过高。可以通过双流道氧枪实现用CO2气体作为冷却剂,替代铁矿石、氧化铁皮等固体冷却剂。理论分析可知,CO2作为冷却剂具有与铁矿石相当的冷却效果,同时可以更好地控制转炉钢水温度及成分,简化转炉炼钢设备及工艺。另外,用CO2作为冷却剂其化学反应产物为CO,可以提高转炉煤气的品位,降低整个转炉炼钢工艺的综合能耗。
In the mid-term of converter steelmaking, the furnace temperature rapidly increases due to the violent oxidation period of carbon, and an appropriate amount of coolant needs to be added to restrain the furnace temperature from being too high. CO2 gas can be used as a coolant instead of a solid coolant such as iron ore and iron oxide skins through a dual-flow oxygen lance. Theoretical analysis shows that CO2 as a coolant has the same cooling effect as iron ore, meanwhile it can better control the temperature and composition of converter molten steel and simplify the converter steelmaking equipment and process. In addition, using CO 2 as the chemical reaction product of CO 2 can improve the quality of converter gas and reduce the overall energy consumption of the converter steelmaking process.
