人事人才档案是记录一个人成长发展、工作阅历、政治面貌、作风品格、业务水平和工作能力的主要载体,装载着每一个人大部分的凭证资料。同时这份资料也是相关单位和企业人事管理部门考核、选拔人才的主要依据。做好人事人才档案管理工作,才能够对人才资源进行科学有效的开发。本文就将从现有的人事人才档案管理工作现状出发,阐述人事人才档案管理中存在的问题,同时针对问题特点提出相应的改革措施。
Personnel personnel files are the main carriers that record a person’s growth and development, work experience, political outlook, style of work, professional ability and working ability, and carry most of the credentials of each individual. At the same time this information is also the relevant units and enterprise personnel management department examination, the main basis for selection of qualified personnel. Do a good job of personnel and personnel files management, can we carry out scientific and effective development of human resources. This article will start from the current status quo of file management personnel personnel, personnel personnel file management described in the existing problems, at the same time according to the characteristics of the problem put forward the corresponding reform measures.
