过去30年中,有关电离辐射对免疫反应的作用已进行了广泛的研究。然而,大多数的研究都是在免疫学迅速发展之前进行的。尽管最近已见有关于T淋巴细胞及其放射敏感性的报道,但对B淋巴细胞的研究仍不多见。本文仅报告大鼠脾脏中两种主要的B淋巴细胞对电离辐射的敏感性。实验动物为4月龄的Wistar R系雌性大鼠。用饱源以0.38Gy/分剂量率的γ射线照射。照射后1天和3天大鼠以乙醚麻醉,放血处死,取其脾脏称重及进行免疫化学处理与观察。
Over the past 30 years, the role of ionizing radiation on immune responses has been extensively studied. However, most of the research is done before the rapid development of immunology. Although there have been recent reports of T lymphocytes and their radiosensitivities, there are few studies on B lymphocytes. This article reports only the sensitivity of two major B lymphocytes in rat spleen to ionizing radiation. The experimental animals were 4-month old Wistar R strain female rats. Radiation was irradiated with a source of gamma rays at a dose rate of 0.38 Gy / min. One and three days after irradiation, the rats were anesthetized with ether and sacrificed. The spleen was weighed and immunochemically treated and observed.
