目的:初步探讨中药熏洗对于预防主要含有紫杉醇化疗所致肌肉关节疼痛的临床效果。方法:41例确诊乳腺恶性肿瘤使用紫杉醇化疗、发生肌肉关节疼痛的恶性肿瘤患者,治疗组使用中药熏洗,对照组不使用任何干预手段,观察患者肌肉关节疼痛情况。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组在预防肌肉关节疼痛的发生率及改善情况上明显优于对照组,有显著差异。结论:中药熏洗可有效预防主要含有紫杉醇化疗药物所致的肌肉关节疼痛,提高患者化疗依从性及生活质量。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of fumigation on the prevention of muscle and joint pain mainly containing paclitaxel chemotherapy. Methods: Forty-one patients with malignant tumors diagnosed with malignant breast cancer using paclitaxel and with muscle-joint pain were treated in the treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. The control group did not use any intervention to observe the muscle-joint pain in the patients. Results: The treatment group compared with the control group, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in preventing the incidence and improvement of muscle and joint pain, there were significant differences. Conclusion: Chinese Herbal Fumigation can effectively prevent muscle and joint pain mainly caused by chemotherapy drugs containing paclitaxel, and improve chemotherapy compliance and quality of life of patients.
