通过对遵铁设备制造安装公司的人力资源状况的调查,在一定程度上了解当前国企激励机制的现状,在理论基础上分析了员工激励的突出的问题,找出其误区,提出相关建议。
By investigating the human resources status of the company’s manufacturing and installation companies, the status quo of the current state-owned enterprise incentive mechanism is understood to a certain extent. Based on the theoretical analysis, the prominent problems of employee incentives are analyzed, the errors are identified, and relevant suggestions are made.
