为了仿真和监控港口集装箱码头,发现生产中存在的潜在问题,分析了集装箱装卸系统和堆场起重机(场桥)的运作过程,建立了描述场桥动态转换的场桥类OPN(Object-Oriented Petri Net),并分析了网的活性,阐明了场桥类OPN与其它设备/设施类OPN的信息传递关系以及场桥类的OPN冲突及其解决方案。在此基础上,建立了eM-plant软件平台下的OPN转换仿真模型,并对模型进行了仿真,进一步验证了模型的可靠性。为以后进行集装箱装卸系统仿真建模、工艺性能分析和动态监控提供了理论依据。
In order to simulate and monitor the port container terminal and discover the potential problems in production, the operation process of container handling system and yard crane (field bridge) is analyzed. An Object-Oriented Petri (OPN) Net), analyzed the activity of the network, clarified the information transmission relationship between the OPN of the field bridge class OPN and other equipment / facilities and the OPN conflict of the field bridge class and its solution. On this basis, the OPN conversion simulation model under the eM-plant software platform was established, and the model was simulated to further verify the reliability of the model. It provides a theoretical basis for the simulation modeling, process performance analysis and dynamic monitoring of container handling system in the future.
