管理者的道德情感是管理伦理和管理活动的重要维度。道德情感既是管理者的一种人性化存在方式,也是管理者的一种社会、历史角色的体现。管理者道德情感的培育,可以从如下方面着手:从个体角度来看,需要管理者对自我道德的提升和确认;从组织角度来看,需要管理者对道德情境的体验和投入;从社会角度来看,需要管理者对道德文化的创造和传承。管理者道德情感的功用体现在:实现管理者道德的内化和人格的完善,促进管理组织的交流、协调和导向功能,完成社会对管理效果的评价反馈。
