在今年两会上,娃哈哈集团董事长宗庆后共提交了16份提案.他表示,要解决分配问题、拉动内需就是要富民,只有把内需拉起来,经济才能高速发展.rn宗庆后提出,国家应该改革税收制度,将增值税从生产环节征收转为消费环节征收,以此减轻企业税负,让企业有更多的资金去投资,拉动就业,同时可以释放城乡居民的消费能力,让内需经济良性循环.为此,记者对宗庆后进行了采访.
