8月26日至9月5日,中国农科院植保所和作物所在北京联合召开了全国小麦锈病和抗锈育种研究工作会议。会议着重讨论了如何进一步掌握锈菌致病性和品种抗病性及其相互关系的变异规律,从而对抗锈性的发掘、创造和利用,更富有預见性获得更好的成效。对抗锈性丧失的原因也进行了深入的分析,井对解决这一问题的途径和方法作了探讨。大家一致认为当前的主要任务是:(1)进一步查明锈菌生理小种的区系及其动态;(2)研究适应性变异和异核结合产生新小种的问题;(3)进一步鉴定品种的抗锈性能及其稳定性;(4)研究不断提高亲本选配和后代选拔的技术等。会议认为耐锈性的利用值得重视,为此必须开展耐锈性鉴定标准和耐锈性机制的研究。其它如抗锈性的遗传规律和免疫性生理机制等,都须加强研究。
From August 26 to September 5, the Plant Protection Office of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Beijing, where the crop is located, jointly held a working conference on wheat rust and anti-rust breeding research nationwide. The conference focused on how to further understand the pathogenicity of rust and the variety of disease resistance and the relationship between the variation of the law, so rust resistance of the excavation, creation and utilization of more predictable and better results. The causes of the loss of rust resistance were also analyzed in depth, and the ways and methods of solving this problem were discussed. It is agreed that the current main tasks are: (1) further ascertain the flora and dynamics of the races of the rust; (2) study adaptive mutation and the combination of heterokaryon to generate new races; (3) further identification Anti-rust properties of varieties and their stability; (4) research to continuously improve the parental selection and selection of offspring technology. The conference considered that the use of rust resistance deserves attention. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out research on the criteria of rust resistance and the mechanism of rust resistance. Others, such as the genetic law of rust resistance and immune physiology, must be strengthened.
