14例各种人体新鲜恶性肿瘤,制成1mm×1mm×1mm瘤块,移植于裸鼠双侧肾包膜下生长10d。采用移植瘤大小、组织形态学及DNA含量3种方法,评价人体肿瘤在裸鼠肾包膜下生长情况及对临床各种有用化疗药物的反应。实验总可评价率为93%。各种人体移植瘤对化疗药物反应显示:不同人体肿瘤(包括同一病理类型肿瘤不同个体)对同一种化疗药物反应不同;对不同的化疗药物反应也不尽相同。同时,观察移植瘤在化疗后有轻、中、重3种程度的形态表现。
In 14 cases of various human malignant tumors, 1 mm × 1 mm × 1 mm tumor mass was made and transplanted into the bilateral renal capsule of nude mice for 10 days. Three methods of tumor size, histomorphology and DNA content were used to evaluate the growth of human tumor under the renal capsule in nude mice and the response to various clinically useful chemotherapy drugs. The total testable rate was 93%. The response of various human xenografts to chemotherapeutic drugs showed that different human tumors (including different tumors of the same pathological type) respond differently to the same chemotherapeutic drug; the response to different chemotherapeutic drugs is also not the same. At the same time, the morphological appearances of the transplanted tumors after treatment were light, medium and heavy.
