目的探讨MR I DW I在超急性期脑梗死诊断中的价值。方法收集33例发病时间<6 h,临床高度怀疑脑梗死的患者进行常规CT、MR I和DW I扫描,对影像学表现进行分析,并测量病灶在DW I(b=1000 I)图像上的信号强度以及对侧相应解剖部位正常脑组织的信号强度,计算病灶相对于健侧脑组织的信号强度变化百分比△SI,并与后者的△SI进行比较。结果DW I诊断超急性期脑梗死的敏感度和特异度均为100%。梗死灶信号强度明显增高,信号强度变化百分比与健侧相比,增高幅度从41.74%至151.50%不等。结论MR I的DW I序列在超急性期脑梗死的快速、准确的确定诊断中起决定性的作用。
Objective To investigate the value of MRI DWI in the diagnosis of hyperacute cerebral infarction. Methods Thirty-three patients with clinically suspected cerebral infarction were enrolled in this study. Normal CT, MR I and DW I scans were performed in 33 patients with onset time <6 h. The imaging findings were analyzed and the lesion was measured on DWI (b = 1000 I) images Signal intensity and the corresponding normal brain tissue signal intensity of the corresponding anatomical part of the contralateral to calculate the lesion relative to the healthy brain signal intensity percentage change SI, and with the latter △ SI comparison. Results The sensitivity and specificity of DWI in diagnosis of hyperacute cerebral infarction were both 100%. The signal intensity of infarction was significantly higher than that of the contralateral side, and the increase rate of signal intensity ranged from 41.74% to 151.50%. Conclusion MR I DW I sequence plays a decisive role in the rapid and accurate diagnosis of hyperacute cerebral infarction.
