随着电力自动化技术的迅猛发展,社会经济的发展对于电力的需求也越来越大,智能变电站的建设已成为当今形势下的一种必然趋势。目前国内变电技术环节存在数字化变电站和常规变电站两大运营模式。常规变电站存在互操作性差、标准化不足、厂站设计、存在多套系统、资源重复、调试复杂等问题。智能化一次设备、网络化二次设备的交融已经成为变电站向未来发展的基础和趋势,包括间隔层、站控层、过程层领域的全新变电站的自动化的一系列标准。文章依据电网发展的需要,主要针对智能变电站的建设方案进行分析和研究,并且对智能变电站在实现过程中可能遇到的问题进行探讨,以期待能够更好的促进智能变电站的建设与发展。
With the rapid development of power automation technology, the demand for electricity in the socio-economic development is also growing. The construction of smart substations has become an inevitable trend in today’s situation. At present, there are two major operation modes of digital substation and conventional substation in domestic substation technology. Conventional substation has poor interoperability, lack of standardization, plant design, there are multiple sets of systems, resource duplication, complex debugging and other issues. The integration of intelligent primary equipment and networked secondary equipment has become the foundation and trend of substation development to the future, including a series of standards for the automation of new substations in the fields of bay level, station level and process level. According to the needs of power grid development, the article mainly analyzes and studies the construction scheme of intelligent substations, and discusses the problems that may be encountered in the realization process of intelligent substations in the hope of being able to better promote the construction and development of intelligent substations.
