一、督导部门的职责和几年来的实践 《义务教育法》颁布的七年是我省教育督导工作从恢复、发展,到逐步完善的七年。自1989年以来,我省各级督导部门积极参与了国家教委组织的“五查”、省教委组织的“四查”及全国人大组织的《义务教育法》执行情况的检查。近三年来,各级督导部门还按国家教委《普通中小学校督导评估工作指导纲要》的精神,积极开展了对中小学校的评估试点;
I. Supervision of Departmental Responsibilities and Practices in the Past Seven Years The seven-year promulgation of the “Compulsory Education Law” is the seven years of restoration and development of educational supervision in our province. Since 1989, the supervision departments at all levels in our province have actively participated in the “five investigations” organized by the State Education Commission, the “four investigations” organized by the Provincial Board of Education and the implementation of the “Compulsory Education Law” organized by the National People’s Congress. In the past three years, the supervisory departments at all levels have also actively carried out evaluation pilots for primary and secondary schools in accordance with the spirit of the National Education Commission’s “Guidance Outline for the Supervision and Assessment of Ordinary Primary and Secondary Schools.”
