目的探讨疏血通对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后脑组织Caspase-3蛋白表达的影响。方法线栓法建立大鼠(MCAO)模型,用免疫组化法检测假手术组、0.9%氯化钠对照组、疏血通组不同时间点脑Caspase-3蛋白阳性细胞的数目。结果假手术组阳性细胞极少,用药组较对照组阳性细胞数减少,6 h阳性细胞上升,1~3 d达到高峰,7 d降至基础水平。结论疏血通通过抑制Caspase-3表达起到保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shuxuetong on the expression of Caspase-3 in brain tissue after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods The rat model of MCAO was established by thread occlusion. The number of Caspase-3 positive cells in the sham operation group, 0.9% sodium chloride control group and Shuxuetong group at different time points were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results There were few positive cells in the sham-operated group. The number of positive cells in the sham-operation group was lower than that in the control group. The number of positive cells increased at 6 h, reached the peak at 1 ~ 3 d and dropped to the basal level at 7 d. Conclusion Shuxuetong through the inhibition of Caspase-3 expression has a protective effect.
