1991-1993年,30个割手密,11个斑茅和12个野生F1代无性系经过13—13.5h的长日照处理后,可延迟花期最长达93—118天。利用延迟开花材料在开远首次获得具云南珍贵野生血缘的F1代杂交花穗和大量实生苗。结果表明,长日照可有效地延迟野生资源开花,达到调节花期的目的,这为甘蔗野生资源的利用,解决杂交花期不遇的技术难题,开辟了新的途经。
In 1991-1993, the flowering of up to 93-118 days of flowering could be postponed after 30 cuttings, 11 radishes and 12 wild F1 clones after 13-13.5 hours of long-day treatment. Using delayed flowering material in Kaiyuan for the first time to obtain precious Yunnan wild relatives F1 hybrid generation hybrid spikes and a large number of seedlings.
