目的探讨食道癌化疗期间护理效果观察。方法我院选取2014年1月至2015年3月间所收治的100例接受放疗的食道癌患者作为本次研究对象,采用随机数表法将这100例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组均有50例,对照组患者实施常规护理措施,而观察组患者给予化疗期间综合护理干预措施,对比两组患者的毒性反应情况。结果观察组患者毒性反应发生情况显著低于对照组。结论对食道癌患者实施化疗期间的综合护理干预措施能够有效降低患者的毒性反应情况,在临床上具有极大的推广价值。 Objective To investigate the nursing effect of esophageal cancer during chemotherapy. Methods A total of 100 patients with esophageal cancer treated by radiotherapy from January 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the study subjects. The 100 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group using random number table method. Each group of 50 patients, the control group of patients to implement routine nursing interventions, while patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing interventions during chemotherapy, compared the toxicity of the two groups of patients. Results The incidence of toxicity in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing interventions during chemotherapy in esophageal cancer patients can effectively reduce the patients’ toxicity and have great clinical value.
