分色涤纶浮雕片是用于染印法制作彩色电影拷贝的一种中间模片,是染印法生产工艺中与空白片配套的重要片种。化工部第一胶片厂根据特艺色染印法工艺生产线的需要,于一九七九年开始研制5322型感蓝、感红、感绿分色涤纶浮雕片。五年来,通过对胶片剖析、配方设计、原材料选择、确定工艺路线,突破了一系列技术难关,于一九八三年开始正式向北京电影洗印厂提供批量产品,现已采用国产浮雕片印制子二十多个主题的染印法彩色电影拷贝,达到发行要求。经生产实践与使用检验证明,该片技术路线可行,工艺成熟,主要照相性能接近柯达浮雕片,画面的色彩还原、清晰度达到国产多层彩色片的水平。
Dichroic polyester embossed film is used to produce a copy of the color film copy of the middle of a die, is the production of dye printing process with the blank piece of an important supporting film. According to the needs of the special art dyeing and printing process line, the first film factory of the Ministry of Chemical Industry started to develop the 5322 blue, red and green color-separated polyester relief film in 1979. Over the past five years, we have broken through a series of technical difficulties through the analysis of film, formulation design, selection of raw materials and determination of process routes. Since 1983, we have formally supplied batch products to Beijing Film & More than twenty subjects of the dye printing color film copy, to release requirements. The production practice and the use of tests proved that the piece of technology route feasible, mature technology, the main photographic performance close to Kodak embossed film, the screen color reproduction, definition of the level of domestic multi-color film.
