目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定仙茅中仙茅苷的含量。方法 Nova pakC18(2 5 0mm× 4.6mm ,10 μm)色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇 水 (4 0∶6 0 ) ,流速为 1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为 2 75nm。结果 仙茅苷在 0 .34 85~ 2 .788μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,回归方程为Y =2× 10 6X +34 2 2 1(r =0 .9999) ) ,平均回收率为 10 0 .0 7% ,RSD为 0 .83%。结论 本法简便 ,快速 ,灵敏 ,准确 ,重现性好 ,可作为仙茅的质量标准。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of curculigoside in Curculigo. Methods Nova pakC18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 10 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was methanol water (40∶60). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 2 75 nm. Results Curcumin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.334 ~ 2.788μg. The regression equation was Y = 2 × 10 6X +34 2 21 (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 10 0. .0 7%, RSD was 0.83%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a quality standard for Curculigo.
