本文对直流传导式电磁泵铸铁浇注机电磁力的功及能量转换关系问题,通过金属流动过程的动力学方程推导出电磁参数、结构参数及流速间的关系式。并通过试验对该式的可靠性进行验证,为设计直流泵提供了依据。根据液态金属在泵沟内的流动特性,采用溢流和控制开始记时的起点等措施提高了定量精度。通过“移位法”对消除电枢反应提高泵的效率也收到一定效果。
In this paper, the relationship between the electromagnetic power and the energy conversion of the cast iron casting machine with DC-guided electromagnetic pump is deduced. The relationship between the electromagnetic parameters, the structural parameters and the flow rate is derived from the kinetic equations of the metal flow process. The reliability of this formula is verified through experiments, which provides the basis for designing DC pump. According to the flow of liquid metal in the pump ditch characteristics, the use of overflow and start controlling time to start measuring measures to improve the quantitative accuracy. Through the “shift method” to eliminate the armature reaction to improve the efficiency of the pump also received some results.
