为探讨下颌姿势位的机制和影响下颌姿势位垂直距离(PVD)的因素,本文用 EM—2同步记录了20例无牙患者左右侧颞肌、嚼肌和二腹肌肌电幅值,比较了肌监控仪处理、静坐休息对肌电和 PVD的影响,观察到受试肌都有肌电活动,并且肌电幅值和 PVD 均值基本不受肌监控仪处理或静坐休息时间的影响。此结果表明以上诸肌都是下颌姿势反射的效应器,而牙周膜并非该反射的主要感受器,并提示能合作,可使下颌自然放松的无牙患者下颌姿势位较恒定,可直接测其自然状态下弃底至颏底间距作为该患者的正常 PVD。本研究发现 PVD 与颞肌后腹肌电幅值显著负相关,提示该肌状态对判断 PVD正确与否有重要参考价值。
