采用管棒堆积法制作了芯径为25μm的Nd离子掺杂磷酸盐玻璃实芯光子晶体光纤(PCF),并测定了它的光学性能。用808 nm半导体激光端面抽运50 cm长的PCF。结果显示,与同组成的玻璃细棒相比,PCF在1060 nm附近的自发辐射放大(ASE)较强,而900 nm和1330 nm发光峰被抑制,同时1060 nm峰的线宽变窄。PCF在1060 nm的传输为单模,传输损耗为9.1 dB/m,这种PCF在光纤激光器领域有着潜在的应用前景。 The Nd-doped phosphate glass solid core photonic crystal fiber (PCF) with a core diameter of 25μm was fabricated by the pipe-rod stacking method and its optical properties were measured. Pumped 50 cm long PCF with 808 nm semiconductor laser facet. The results show that compared with the glass rod with the same composition, PCF at 1060 nm near the spontaneous emission amplification (ASE) stronger, while the 900 nm and 1330 nm luminescence peak was suppressed, while 1060 nm peak line width narrowed. The transmission of PCF at 1060 nm is single mode and the transmission loss is 9.1 dB / m. This PCF has potential application in the field of fiber laser.
