目的了解芜湖市学龄前儿童心理行为问题并探讨其影响因素。方法 2015年5-6月选取芜湖市两县两区共4 844名学龄前儿童,采用由美国学者Conners编制的《Conners父母症状问卷》和自制的《儿童行为影响因素问卷》进行学龄前儿童心理行为问题调查。结果芜湖市学龄前儿童行为问题检出率为24.17%,其中男童检出率29.83%,女童检出率17.62%,男女童检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);芜湖学龄前儿童行为问题各因子得分与全国城市常模比较存在异同;儿童行为问题的影响因素中,女童、说服教育、服用维生素D是保护因素,年龄、早晨醒来哭闹是危险因素。结论芜湖市学龄前男童行为问题较女童突出;行为问题受多种因素影响。
Objective To understand the psychological behavior of preschool children in Wuhu City and explore the influencing factors. Methods From May to June 2015, a total of 4844 preschool children from two counties and two districts of Wuhu City were enrolled in this study. The “Conners Parents Symptom Questionnaire” by American scholar Conners and the self-made questionnaire “Children’s Behavior Influencing Factors” Behavioral problems investigation. Results The prevalence rate of behavior problems among preschool children in Wuhu City was 24.17%, of which the detection rate was 29.83% for boys and 17.62% for girls, the difference was statistically significant between boys and girls (P <0.05) The factors of children’s behavioral problems have similarities and differences with the national urban norms. Among the influencing factors of children’s behavioral problems, girls, persuasion and taking vitamin D are protective factors. Age, wake up in the morning and crying are risk factors. Conclusions The behavior problems of preschool-age boys in Wuhu City are more prominent than that of girls; Behavior problems are affected by many factors.
