目的:建立光石韦药材的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,评价与控制药材内在质量。方法:采用HPLC,大连依利特SinoChrom ODS-BP色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长205 nm。结果:检测了10批不同来源的光石韦药材,确定12个色谱峰为共有峰,建立了光石韦药材指纹图谱,并计算各被测样品的HPLC指纹图谱的整体相似度。结论:所建立的指纹图谱具有良好的精密度、稳定性、重复性,可作为光石韦药材质量控制标准。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fingerprint of Gwangetweibei medicinal materials, to evaluate and control the intrinsic quality of medicinal materials. Methods: HPLC, Dalian Eliotech SinoChrom ODS-BP column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and gradient elution with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution were used. The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1 and the detection wavelength was 205 nm. Results: Ten different batches of different kinds of herbs were tested, and the 12 peaks were identified as the common peaks. The fingerprints of Guangsituwe were established and the overall similarity of HPLC fingerprints was calculated. Conclusion: The established fingerprint has good precision, stability and repeatability, which can be used as the quality control standard of Guangwang Wei medicine.
