目的:研究探讨医学检验重要环节的质量管控措施。方法:选取医院2013年8月~2015年8月救治的医学检验患者400例,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,对照组采取常规检验管理,观察组在检验过程中实施检验重要环节的质量控制管理,比较两组患者检验标本准确率和患者满意度。结果:观察组选取的标本检验患者准确率为98.30%,明显高于对照组的85.20%(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床检验满意度为98.30%,明显高于对照组的85.20%(P<0.05)。结论:加强医学检验重要环节质量控制,有针对性的制定对策,堵塞漏洞,可提高检验质量,是提升医院服务品质、提高诊疗水平的重要途径。
Objective: To study and discuss the quality control measures in important aspects of medical examination. Methods: A total of 400 medical examinations were collected from August 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. The control group was managed by routine test, while the observation group was tested during the test Quality control management, the two groups of patients compared the accuracy of test specimens and patient satisfaction. Results: The accuracy rate of the specimen selected by the observation group was 98.30%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.20%, P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of clinical examination in the observation group was 98.30%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.20%, P <0.05). Conclusion: It is an important way to enhance the quality of hospital service and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment by strengthening the quality control in the important links of medical examination, making targeted countermeasures, plugging loopholes and improving the quality of examination.
