目的探讨五步碘量法测定消毒剂中二氧化氯各有效成分含量的方法。方法采用五步碘量法测定二氧化氯消毒剂含量,并与经典碘量法进行了比较。结果五步碘量法能分别测定消毒剂中的ClO_2、ClO2-、ClO3-、Cl2含量,而经典碘量只能测定ClO2,且测定时易受其他氧化性物质干扰,但五步碘量法应注意控制测定过程中的反应时间、缓冲液用量、吹氮气时间等条件,以保证结果准确。结论五步碘量法具有特异性,是一种科学简便的测定方法。
Objective To investigate the method of five-step iodimetry to determine the content of chlorine dioxide in disinfectant. Methods The content of chlorine dioxide disinfectant was determined by five steps iodometric method and compared with the classical iodometric method. Results The five-step iodometric method was used to determine the contents of ClO_2, ClO_2 -, ClO_3 - and Cl_2 in disinfectants, while the classical iodine content was only able to determine ClO_2, and was easily disturbed by other oxidizing substances when measured. However, Should pay attention to control the determination of the reaction time, the amount of buffer, nitrogen blowing time and other conditions to ensure accurate results. Conclusion The five-step iodometric method is specific and is a scientific and convenient method for determination.
