山西省人民政府:你省《关于报送<山西省信托类证券经营机构与山西证券有限责任公司合并组建综合类证券公司方案>的函》(晋政函[2000]53号)收悉。经研究,现批复如下:一、山西证券有限责任公司和山西省五家信托投资公司所属证券营业部进行合并重组符合信托与证券分业原则,同意其合并组建新的证券公司。
Shanxi Provincial People’s Government: Your Provincial Circular on Submitting a Letter to Shanxi Provincial Trust-based Securities Institutions and Shanxi Securities Co., Ltd. to Consolidate the Plan of Integrated Securities Companies> (GZG [2000] No.53) was received. As approved by the study, the following is hereby approved: 1. The merger and reorganization of Shanxi Securities Co., Ltd. and the securities business department of the five trust and investment companies in Shanxi Province are in line with the principle of trust and securities separation and agree to merge with and form a new securities company.
