目的 探讨胆固醇酯转运蛋白(CETP)在绝经后妇女中的基因多态性表达及其和血脂代谢的关系。 方法 采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法检测 59 例绝经后妇女、40 例月经正常的健康志愿者CETP基因第1内含子174位点TaqI B的基因型。 结果 2种等位基因和3种基因型在两组之间的分布比例差异无统计学意义(P<0. 05),B2 B2 基因型的血高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的浓度显著高于B1B1及B1B2基因型,分别为(1 .46±0. 20)、(0 .90±0 .21)和(1. 25±0. 22)mmol/L,各基因型比较差异有统计学意义(P<0 .01)。采用二维 logist回归分析发现,B2B2基因型与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平相关(P<0 .01)。 结论 CETP基因第1内含子的 174 位点多态性可影响绝经后妇女的脂代谢,是血高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的重要相关因素。
Objective To investigate the gene polymorphism of cholesterol ester transfer protein (CETP) in postmenopausal women and its relationship with lipid metabolism. Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect the genotypes of TaqI B in the first intron of CETP gene in 59 postmenopausal women and 40 healthy volunteers with normal menstruation. Results There was no significant difference in the distribution of the two alleles and the three genotypes between the two groups (P <0.05). The B2 B2 genotype had significantly higher serum HDL-C levels than B1B1 and B1B2 genotypes were (1.46 ± 0.20), (0.90 ± 0.21) and (1.25 ± 0.02) mmol / L, respectively, with significant differences in genotypes (P <0 .01). Using two-dimensional logistic regression analysis, B2B2 genotypes were associated with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels (P <0.01). Conclusion The 174 polymorphism of the first intron of CETP gene may affect the lipid metabolism in postmenopausal women and is an important factor related to serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.
