针对矿用KDF-5型局部通风机振动剧烈、噪声大等问题,通过试验采集通风机内部流场压力脉动和出口处噪声信号,利用数值模拟,对通风机内部流场及气动噪声进行分析;说明不同工况时通风机内部流动对通风机噪声的影响,并预估出通风机出口处噪声频谱特性;给出通风机两级叶片的静压时间导数,分析主要噪声源的位置,总结降低通风机噪声的途径,改进通风机的气动参数,为降低通风机的噪声和振动,保证其强度提供了依据。
Aiming at the problems of severe vibration and high noise of the local KDF-5 local ventilator, the pressure pulsation in the internal flow field of the ventilator and the noise signal at the exit are collected through experiments. The internal flow field and aerodynamic noise of the ventilator are analyzed by numerical simulation. The influence of fan internal flow on fan noise under different working conditions is illustrated and the noise spectral characteristics at fan exit are estimated. The static pressure time derivative of two blades of fan is given, the position of main noise source is analyzed, The way of the noise of the ventilator and the improvement of the aerodynamic parameters of the ventilator provide the basis for reducing the noise and vibration of the ventilator and ensuring its strength.
