国产内燃机车多数采用西安信号工厂生产的YQ型风压继电器来控制空压机组工作。但在使用中YQ型风压继电器动作值不稳,易受振动影响,而且调整困难。有时我们为了调好一个风压继电器,往往要花几个小时的时间。鉴于上述情况,我们从1980年底开始对YQ型继电器进行多次改进,最后确定对主要部件动触点和后调整弹簧进行改进,解决弹力弱和前后调整螺丝不匹配的问题。
Most domestic diesel locomotives produced by the Xi’an signal factory YQ-type air pressure relay to control the work of air compressor units.
