公安部1999年初公布的全国十大火灾中 ,死亡人数最多的火灾是电气火灾 ,直接财产损失最严重的火灾也是电气火灾。在十大火灾中电气造成的死亡人数占61% ,财产损失所占比例为91%。当前 ,全国电力系统在改革浪潮的冲击下 ,正在努力采取方方面面的措施 ,大幅度地降低农村电价 ,并推出新的战策———电力营销。在今后一段时间里 ,势必会在我国农村形成一股使用和购买电气产品的热潮。如果我们不做好超前的安全用电宣传工作 ,落实一些具体的措施 ,电气火灾必将有增无减。
Among the top ten fires announced by the Ministry of Public Security in early 1999, the fire with the largest number of deaths was an electrical fire, and the most direct fire loss with direct property loss was also an electrical fire. In the top ten fires, electrical deaths accounted for 61% and property damage accounted for 91%. At present, under the impact of the tide of reform, the national power system is trying hard to take various measures to drastically reduce rural electricity tariffs and launch a new strategy --- electricity marketing.
