主振弹簧为板弹簧的近共振电磁振动金刚石选形机的振幅不稳定,导致分选效果下降并影响使用寿命。首先对金刚石选形机盘面进行了模态试验,然后利用有限元模态分析法(FEM)对其进行了模态参数的计算,计算出的模态参数与试验模态结果相吻合,说明了有限元模型的正确性。在此基础上,对盘面进行了动力学修改。修改后盘面的质量由原来的12.5kg减小到6.6kg,减少了47%,而且149Hz和203Hz两阶干扰模态已不复存在,并且有效地提高了盘面的动刚度,保证了选形效果。
