面对激烈的医疗竞争,医院以服务病人为导向,建立自己的竞争机制,以利于在竞争中求得生存。推进医院发展的一项重要举措,就是加强文化建设,培育医院的文化理念,将全体医务人员的积极性调动起来,使其充分地发挥创造能力,推动医院的可持续发展。本文针对医院文化建设与医院发展的关系展开探讨。
In the face of fierce competition in the medical industry, the hospital is committed to serving its patients and establishing its own competition mechanism so as to facilitate survival in the competition. An important measure to promote the development of the hospital is to strengthen cultural construction and nurture the hospital’s cultural concept so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of all medical staff so that they can give full play to their creative ability and promote the sustainable development of the hospital. This article discusses the relationship between hospital culture and hospital development.
