目的:鉴定化学对照品莪术醇中的主要有关物质。方法:采用LC-MS/MS联用法,以SHIMADZU VP-ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%醋酸溶液(85∶15)为流动相,以APCI为离子源,采用一级、二级质谱全扫描方式,对莪术醇对照品中的有关物质进行色谱分离及质谱鉴定。结果:通过对分子质量、二级质谱碎片信息和液相保留时间三方面信息,与对照品比较,证明莪术醇对照品中的有关物质为异莪术烯醇。结论:为莪术醇对照品的标化和提纯提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the main related substances in the chemical comparator curcumol. METHODS: LC-MS/MS was used in combination with SHIMADZU VP-ODS column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) as the column, acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid solution (85:15) as the mobile phase, and APCI as the ion source. A primary and secondary mass spectrometry full scan method was used to chromatographically separate and identify the related substances in the reference substance of Curcuma alcohol. RESULTS: The information on the molecular mass, mass fraction of secondary mass spectrometry fragments, and the retention time of the liquid phase was compared with that of the reference substance, demonstrating that the related substance in the control substance of curcumol is isosterone enol. Conclusion: Provides the basis for the standardization and purification of Curcuma alcohol reference substance.
