目的考察平阳霉素与利多卡因及0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍的稳定性。方法模拟临床用药浓度,观察放置不同时间后混合液的外观、pH及平阳霉素和2%利多卡因的含量变化。结果平阳霉素混合后8h内含量未发生明显变化,24h发生了显著改变(P<0.05);2%利多卡因混合后2h含量即发生了显著变化(P<0.01);混合液的pH值虽发生了显著变化(P<0.01),但溶液的外观、最大吸收峰的位置及峰形未见改变,也无其他吸收峰产生。结论平阳霉素与利多卡因在0.9%氯化钠溶液中2h内可配伍使用。
Objective To investigate the stability of compatibility of bleomycin with lidocaine and 0.9% sodium chloride injection. Methods The clinical drug concentration was simulated and the changes of appearance, pH and the contents of bleomycin and 2% lidocaine were observed after different time. Results The content of pingyangmycin did not change significantly within 8 hours after mixing, and the content of pingyangmycin changed significantly after 24h (P <0.05). The content of 2% lidocaine changed significantly after 2 hours (P <0.01) Although there was a significant change (P <0.01), the appearance of the solution, the position of the maximum absorption peak and the shape of the peak had not changed, and no other absorption peak was produced. Conclusion Pingyangmycin and lidocaine in 0.9% sodium chloride solution can be used within 2h.
