应用简便、快速的常规实验对郑州市售鲜牛奶进行了掺伪掺假抽样调查。结果表明:掺水率为56.8%;掺盐50%;掺碱26.3%;酸败23.2%;尿类5.2%;豆浆2.1%;淀粉未检出。调查结果为卫生防疫部门加强鲜奶的卫生质量监测提供了参考依据。 Application of simple, fast routine experiment on the sale of fresh milk in Zhengzhou were adulterated adulterated sampling.
