京津冀协同发展为河北省休闲农业与乡村旅游发展开创了新环境,也提出了新要求。河北省休闲农业与乡村旅游企业存在的主要问题包括:产业素质低、品牌效益不显著、同质化程度高、缺乏创新性、管理粗放、服务水平不高等。其制约因素包括经济制约、硬件系统制约、软环境制约。其发展重点包括统筹规划,以突出特色、人性化设计、重视经济效益、完善服务等,并从基础设施、经济环境、法治环境、文化环境和人才队伍建设等方面完善保障措施。 The coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has created a new environment for the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Hebei Province and also put forward new requirements. The main problems existing in leisure agriculture and rural tourism enterprises in Hebei Province include: low industrial quality, insignificant brand benefits, high homogeneity, lack of innovation, extensive management and low service level. Constraints include economic constraints, hardware system constraints, soft environment constraints. Its development priorities include overall planning, salient features, user-friendly design, emphasis on economic benefits, improvement of services, and improvement of safeguards from the aspects of infrastructure, economic environment, legal environment, cultural environment and the building of qualified personnel.
