在辽宁老工业基地全面振兴的进程中,大力发展服务业特别是生产性服务业,对于区域经济社会发展、提升城市功能,有着突出的战略意义。本文根据辽宁生产性服务业发展现状与存在问题,提出相关建议并探索具体实施途径,旨在促进辽宁经济社会协调可持续发展,并为其他产业创造更多的竞争优势。
In the process of rejuvenating Liaoning’s old industrial base in an all-round way, vigorously developing the service industry, especially the producer service industry, has prominent strategic significance for the regional economic and social development and the enhancement of urban functions. Based on the status quo and existing problems of producer services in Liaoning Province, this paper puts forward some suggestions and explores specific ways to promote Liaoning’s coordinated and sustainable economic and social development and create more competitive advantages for other industries.
