1故障现象我公司湛河变电站湛110开关为LW36—126型SF6断路器,弹簧操动机构。2000年12月出厂,2001年6月安装投运。前两年运行正常,自2003年5月开始,机构经常出现电动机烧毁现象。2005年7月更换电动机之后发现该台断路器合闸之后不能立即分闸,必须再次储能才能进行操作,且手动储能时,空转过后有一段极其吃力的过程,之后反而轻松许多。存在如此情况,当断路器关合故障线路时不能满足立即分闸操作的要求,势必造成重大事故。这对电网的安全稳定运行,构成了极大的威胁。
