一、老满文与新满文的创制满洲文字的创制,是清代文化史上的最大特色。满洲语, 又称为清语,清朝定为国语。清史馆曾修有《国语志》,台北故宫博物院现藏《国语志》稿本共九十九册,卷首有奎善撰《满文源流》,原稿略谓:
