目的了解开展创建卫生城市活动中病媒生物的防治效果。方法观察防治前、后病媒生物的密度变化;鼠密度观察采用鼠迹法,蟑螂密度观察采用药激法和目测法,蝇密度观察采用目测法,蚊密度观察采用容器法。结果鼠平均密度由防治前的3.35%降至防治后的1.25%;蟑螂平均密度由防治前的3.56%降至防治后的1.0%;蝇平均密度由防治前的5.86%降至防治后的0.75%;蚊密度由防治前的1.15%降至防治后的0。经统计学处理P﹤0.01,防治前、后有非常显著性差异。结论兰州市在开展创建卫生城市活动中对病媒生物防治的效果显著。
Objective To understand the prevention and control of vector organisms in health city activities. Methods The density of the vector was observed before and after the prevention and treatment. The rat’s density was observed by the mouse method. The density of the cockroaches was observed by the method of drug induction and visual inspection. The visual observation was used to observe the density of the flies and the container method was used to observe the density of the mosquitoes. Results The average density of the mice decreased from 3.35% before the control to 1.25% after the control. The average density of cockroaches decreased from 3.56% before the control to 1.0% after the control. The average density of the flies decreased from 5.86% before the control to 0.75 after the control %; Mosquito density decreased from 1.15% before the control to 0 after the control. After statistical treatment P <0.01, before and after the prevention, there are very significant differences.
