针对目前应用比较广泛的超声波探伤近距离缺陷定量一直沿用效率比较低的当量试块比较法的不足 ,进行了一系列的试验 ,对固体介质中超声波近距离声场声压的分布情况进行了研究。并对其和理论声场声压分布不同的原因进行了分析 ,论证了一种新的近距离缺陷定量方法的可行性 ,为寻求新的超声波近距离缺陷定量方法奠定基础
Aiming at the shortcomings of comparatively low equivalence test block comparison method, a series of experiments have been carried out to measure the short-range ultrasonic defects in ultrasonic flaw detection. The distribution of sound pressure in ultrasonic wave in solid medium is studied. The reasons for the different sound pressure distributions in the theoretical sound field are also analyzed. The feasibility of a new method for quantitative determination of short-range defects is demonstrated, which lays the foundation for the search for a new quantitative method for ultrasonic proximity defects.
