采用乙醇提取蓝莓果实中的多种生物活性物质,以单因素试验为基础,通过Box-Behnken试验对乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度3个因素进行响应面分析及优化。结果表明,蓝莓果实中总多酚、总黄酮及总花色苷的最佳综合提取条件为:料液比1∶23(g/mL)、乙醇体积分数71%、提取温度60℃,在此条件下蓝莓果实3种活性物质的综合提取率为89.94%,与预测值基本一致。同时,建立了提取蓝莓果实中活性物质的二次回归方程,为预测蓝莓果实3种活性物质的综合提取率提供理论依据。
A variety of bioactive substances in blueberry fruits were extracted by ethanol. Response surface analysis and optimization were made on the three factors of ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature on the basis of single-factor test by Box-Behnken test. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of total polyphenols, total flavonoids and total anthocyanins in blueberry fruits were solid-liquid ratio 1:23 (g / mL), ethanol volume fraction 71% and extraction temperature 60 ℃. Under this condition Under the blueberry fruit three kinds of active substances comprehensive extraction rate was 89.94%, and the predicted value is basically the same. At the same time, the quadratic regression equation of extracting active substances in blueberry fruit was established, which provided the theoretical basis for predicting the comprehensive extraction rate of three active substances in blueberry fruit.
