目的探讨老年糖尿病低血糖昏迷的临床特征,分析治疗的方法和效果。方法对50例老年糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者采取强化性治疗的措施,观察治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,50例患者中有45例痊愈,患者苏醒的时间为0.5~1.6 h;患者的血糖显著升高,与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);有2例患者出现脑梗死,3例患者出现意识障碍。结论要提高对老年糖尿病低血糖昏迷的重视程度,采取适当的药物治疗并配合健康教育,以减少低血糖昏迷情况的发生。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of elderly diabetic hypoglycemic coma and to analyze the treatment methods and effects. Methods 50 cases of diabetic hypoglycemic coma patients take intensive treatment measures to observe the therapeutic effect. Results After treatment, 45 of 50 patients recovered and the time of recovery was 0.5 ~ 1.6 h. The blood glucose of patients was significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0.05). There were 2 patients Cerebral infarction occurred and 3 patients showed disturbance of consciousness. Conclusion To improve the degree of attention to diabetes coma in elderly patients with low blood sugar, take appropriate medical treatment and health education, in order to reduce the incidence of hypoglycemic coma.
