甲基汞具有剧毒性,它广泛地分布在受甲基汞污染地区的各种环境解质中,同时可以通过生物链的富集进入人体,直接影响人的健康。虽然甲基汞的含量是随污染程度而异,但很少超出几个PPm范围,一般都是PPb级,甚至更低,而且多半以各种有机、无机化合物或与各种复合阴离子结合形态存在。因此痕迹量甲基汞的测定,既要有高灵敏的检测仪器,又要有比较完善的分离、净化技术。
Methylmercury is highly toxic. It is widely distributed in a variety of environmental degradants in methylmercury-contaminated areas. It can also directly affect human health through the enrichment of biological chains. Although the content of methylmercury varies with the degree of contamination, it rarely exceeds a few PPm, is generally PPb grade or even lower, and mostly exists in various organic, inorganic compounds or in combination with various complex anions . Therefore, the amount of traces of methylmercury determination, it is necessary to have highly sensitive detection equipment, but also have a more complete separation, purification technology.
